Farm Girl Yoga started in January 2020 to bring the benefits of yoga to our community in Warren County, Iowa.  COVID closed down in-real classes, but a continued virtual class is still available on Tuesday evenings. I am also offering  in-real, monthly Sunday evening sessions the first Sunday of the month as scheduling permits, that are ideal for anyone who wants to try yoga, but wasn't sure what it was about. There is also a Saturday morning chair yoga class at the Lacona Community Hall. I want to introduce anyone to yoga and it's physical, psychological, and emotional benefits from kids, adults, seniors, and even farmers!
